Hopefully she'll be back soon to have a much anticipated news conference.

Rice is a show pony for neocon egalitarianism just filling in time before she resumes her place on the Board of Chevron and other oil companies.

The Iraq War has restricted the production of Iraqi oil. Therefore boosting its price, to the benefit of the US and UK oil industry.

Profits over bodies for dear Condi.
