The mantra of the Bush administration is "NO ONE COULD HAVE" and fill in the blank here. No one could have anticipated the strength of the insurgency in the latest nonsense to be spewed from Rumsfeld's mouth. Is there any chance he actually believes this bullshit. The only people that did NOT anticipate this insurgency were either in the Bush administration or watch FOX News.
