Foreign Policy?

Where on the planet has the Bush/Rice/Cheney foreign policy been a success? Asia, Europe, South America, Central America the MIDDLE EAST? Even the Eskimo's are pissed for melting the Arctic ice cap. There is the jackass Prime Minister JohnHoward in Australia I guess, he still likes Bush. He's deployed a grand total of 1400 troops to help out in Iraq. Of course he'd like to make sure we keep 140,000 of our troops there, what a jackass. I'm no Putin fan but Bush did see his soul or some bullshit a few years back. Putin had some pretty tough statements about his old soul buddy at the Munich Conference on Security Policy. Putin: U.S. pushing others into nuclear ambitions MUNICH, Germany (AP) -- Russian President Vladimir Putin on Saturday blamed U.S. policy for inciting other countries to seek nuclear weapons to defend themselves from an "almost uncontained use of military force." The stinging attack underscored growing tensions between Washington and Moscow. "Unilateral, illegitimate actions have not solved a single problem, they have become a hotbed of further conflicts," Putin said at the Munich Conference on Security Policy, an annual forum attracting senior officials from around the world. "One state, the United States, has overstepped its national borders in every way." The Bush administration said it was "surprised and disappointed" by Putin's remarks. .......[snip] 'A world of one master, one sovereign' But Putin said it was "the almost uncontained hyper-use of force in international relations" that was forcing countries opposed to Washington to seek to build up nuclear arsenals. "It is a world of one master, one sovereign. ... It has nothing to do with democracy. This is nourishing the wish of countries to get nuclear weapons," he said. "This is very dangerous. Nobody feels secure anymore because nobody can hide behind international law," Putin told the gathering.
