If there is ANY justice in this world, this will be his last term in political office.

Allen is definitely one of the lowest of the low. Hopefully this is the end of his political career. Imagine that guy as president, the right is gonna have to dig a little deeper now.

These people will do anything it takes regardless to stay in power. Thanks (I think) for the updates. I guess we can't hide our head in the sand and pretend this isn't happening.
Gracie, when you actually "hear" what they are saying it's really much worse then what I thought those calls were.
What legal mechanism is there for justice in a case like this? As Pam suggests, Webb might sue after the fact, but would that change the electoral outcome? Does anybody know of a US legal precedent where a vote was overturned or an election 'do-over' declared due to malfeasance? Just askin'.
BTW, CNN is showing the race as being extraordinarily tight, with the precincts that have not been tabulated being in the area around Richmond that is heavily Democratic. It may be a moot point.
SBT, it is a felony to make these calls. A similar situation happened in New Hampshire in 04 and the people involved were recently convicted. A "do over" will never happen, but prosecution is likely.
