I FINALLY found something that I agree with the Bush Administration on. The fundamentalist right are NUTS! October 13, 2006 Book Says Bush Aides Dismissed Christian Allies By DAVID D. I have nothing against religion. You have a constitutional right to believe and worship whatever you want. Just keep your religion OUT of government, period. That same Constitution that protects ALL religions also requires that religion stays OUT of government. You can try and spin it or deny it or say it's time for change but the Constitution is clear. You can be religious and still take part in government of course. Jimmy Carter is an extremely religious person but has always known there needs to be separation. There is a wall between church and state. Bush has played the fundamentalist right for his political advantage, nothing more but a source of money and votes.
